We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, and if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a clear and easy return and exchange policy.


1. Return and Exchange Conditions

You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all accessories and original packaging.
  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Discounted products or items purchased during promotional sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned, including toys that require assembly or those containing consumable materials.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at support@mindup-jo.com or customer service at 0798364562.
  2. Provide order details, invoice number, and a photo of the product in case of a manufacturing defect.
  3. We will review your request within 48 hours and notify you of approval or rejection based on our return policy.
  4. If approved, the product must be returned to our store at Irbid, Wasfi Al-Tal Street, next to District Café, 2nd floor.
  5. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process the exchange or refund based on the original payment method.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after verifying the product’s condition.
  • If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed to the same account used for payment.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds can be issued in cash or as store credit for future purchases.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error by Mind Up.

4. Non-Returnable Products

  • Used or opened products that have been damaged due to misuse.
  • Toys with consumable materials, such as science experiment kits, once the packaging is opened.
  • Products that have been assembled or modified after purchase.
  • Special orders or custom-made products requested by the customer.

5. Return and Exchange Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error by Mind Up.
  • If a manufacturing defect is found, or if the wrong product was shipped, we will cover all return and shipping costs.
  • Customers must ensure that returned products are securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
